The “Quiet Exit”

The "Quiet Exit"

Written by Dennis Harvell

The “Quiet Exit”

There’s a power in the “quiet exit”. No shouting, no long explanations, no final arguments. Just a realization that the math doesn’t add up anymore. I’ve reached a place where my silence isn’t a grudge—it’s a boundary. I’m done explaining my worth to people who are committed to misunderstanding me. If you’re feeling exhausted by one-sided relationships today, know that it’s okay to just stop. You don’t need permission to be finished. Sometimes the most motivational thing you can do is let go.
